Positive: The apartment is huge, luminous, extremely well decorated, impeccably clean, with great attention to every single detail. In short, a labour of love. The most generous host welcomes you with almost everything you might need, including salted cookies, sweet pasticceria, mineral water, tea and Nespresso coffee, nuts, chips, different kinds of marmalade, even honey! So we were able to prepare breakfast without the need to go to the supermarket. In the fridge we even found a bottle of prosecco as a gift! The apartment is very well heated, the bathroom is modern and super comfortable.
Negative: I have only a minor comment on the location. Even if it is well located in the center of Varese, it faces the Piazza della Republica which is not the nicest square in Varese. Having said that, the huge windows both in the living room and the bedroom allow the light to invade the property all day. This wouldn't be possible if the building had been situated in one of the narrow streets of the centro storico.

Positive: This is a beautiful apartment that has been thoughtfully and artfully designed by Manuela (and renovated by her husband!) The beds and sitting area were very comfortable, everything was sparkling clean and the apartment was well stocked. Manuela was a charming host, meeting us at the parking spot (included) and then walking us to the apartment around the corner. She added lots of extras, like fresh fruit, snacks, fresh flowers and bottles of water and prosecco! Everything you could need has been provided, even robes and slippers. The apartment feels more like a high-end hotel, but also includes a washer and DRYER, something we have never seen in an Italian rental before! The location was excellent, as you can easily walk around the old center of the city and also it is close to a lovely park if you want to sit under a tree and relax. Varese is a bustling, working Italian city and not a tourist stop, so it’s a great place to feel the real Italy. Plus you only 1/2 hour from Malpensa (Milan airport!). Thank you Manuela! We hope to see you next time!

Positive: Style, attention to details, and spotless cleanliness. Parking availability. Very comfortable. Location - centre, and very close to train station with direct connection to both Como and Milano Could say that we had a half board, as tea, coffee and snacks were provided, as well as perfect spaghetti and passata. The host (Manuela) is very helpful!
Negative: A bit too much noise coming from the road below, but mostly during the day - but this is a price for central location

Positive: We would like to say thank you to Manuela who helped us with all our questions. She made the trip unforgettable. The apartment is great, it has everything you need, even a dryer. The finishes are great and the beds are comfortable. Manuela left us a fridge full of food and snacks. Would highly recommend the apartment and its hostess!

Positive: The beauty and comfort of the apartment in a perfect location and a wonderful eye for details from the owners! Very spacious, perfect air-conditioning, fully equipped with washer and dryer, ironing board, fully equipped brand new kitchen, great beds (the couch bed has a great mattress!) Smart TV in bedroom as well as in the living room. The covered parking garage in this central location is a huge plus! I stayed there with both daughters (14 1/2 and 5 1/2) and as the little one was apparently the first child ever to stay there, Manuela (owner) decided to surprise her by leaving her a 'Frozen' puzzle in the kitchen! She played with it all weekend! Another great touch was the fresh fruit they left for us in the fridge! (peaches, grapes and bananas). Also there were all kinds of snacks available at no extra cost. Let's not forget the sparkling and still water bottles nicely cooled in the fridge and... the Prosecco Valdobbiadene! The bathroom was super nice and modern as well. The entire design was well thought out and again, the eye for detail shows that the owners have put their heart and soul into this perfect apartment! Thank you so much we had a more than perfect stay!
